This is to inform you that River Walk Realty, LLC and/or its stockholders have business relationships with some companies that may be involved in your real estate transaction.

River Walk Realty, LLC is in the real estate brokerage business providing residential and commercial services to buyers and sellers and receives a commission for these services.

Easy Mortgage, Inc. is in the lending business providing residential and commercial loans to buyers and sellers and receives fees for these services.

You are not required to use any provider referenced above, namely Easy Mortgage, Inc., as a condition for the settlement of your loan on, purchase of, or sale of property.  There are other settlement service providers available with similar services.  You are free to shop around to determine whether you are able to get these services at a lower rate with other settlement providers.

Easy Mortgage, Inc., as a lender, is allowed to require the use of an attorney, credit reporting agency, or real estate appraiser chose to represent that lender's interest.

River Walk Realty, LLC refers people to the above-desribed provider who provides settlement services and may receive a financial or other benefit as a result of this referral.
